Returns Policy

Outside the European Union
We do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is defective. If your item arrives with a defect, please contact us at piercedheart1337@gmail.com

European Union
EU customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping labels are not provided. If you wish to return an item or request a size exchange, please contact piercedheart1337@gmail.com

Important
All original tags must remain attached. All return will incur a minimum 10€ return fee. To handle restocking and warehouse handling. This includes back pocket tags and hang tags.
Items returned with removed tags or without proper packaging will incur a €15 fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should contact us via piercedheart1337@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Keep in mind if you order outside the EU there can be variable fees like custom or taxes that you need to pay.
