SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are shipped worldwide exclusively with so you get reliable delivery and full tracking.
PROCESSING TIME
We normally process and prepare orders within 3–5 business days before they’re handed over to DHL.
During very busy periods (like Black Friday or the Christmas holidays) it can take up to 2 weeks. Thanks for your patience during these peak times!
SHIPPING & TRACKING
Once your order is packed and given to DHL, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking details to start showing updates.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
If you’re ordering from outside the EU, your local customs office may charge extra duties, taxes, or import fees.
These costs are set by your country’s authorities and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. The customer is responsible for paying any charges that apply when the package arrives.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Pre-order items follow the estimated shipping date shown on their product page.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we usually wait and ship everything together once all items are ready (unless the product page says otherwise).
